Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0118/09 as shown on plan numbers 781179.111, 5245, /5246, /5237, and /5239 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31.08.2014 the building and perimeter fencing be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development (Policies CC6 (RSS2026); G2 (SODCLP2011).

That two temporary classroom buildings, currently occupied by the Autistic Resource base team are to be removed from the school site following the erection and occupation of the development hereby approved. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. (Policies CC6 RSS2026), G2 (SOLPLP2011).
