The external materials to be used for the cheeks face and roof of the dormer windows hereby permitted shall match the materials used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
