Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the single storey rear extension and altered conservatory shall be of the same colour, type, texture, pointing & bond as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The external materials to be used for the cheeks face and roof of the dormer window(s) hereby permitted shall match the materials used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, prior to the commencement of the development the joinery details for all new windows and doors, at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, notwithstanding any indication given to the application, the face of the proposed dormer shall be constructed in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to its construction.
Reason:To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
