Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the new partition wall between the bathroom and bedroom shall be of timber stud-work construction. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, prior to the commencement of the works details of the structural supports for the sections of wall to be removed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, prior to commencement of works joinery details, at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20, for the new internal doors and staircase shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of making good to the retained internal fabric of the building shall be finished to match the existing in colour, texture, profile, materials and method Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
