Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies H13 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That work shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure tht the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H13, CON2 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
