Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That:
1) The works of making good to the retained walls, ceilings and floor, shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regards to materials, colour, texture, profile and methods used;
2) The new wall shall be constructed from blockwork and finished with lime plaster;
3) The existing doorcase, door architrave and skirting shall be re-used in the new location.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
