Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Drawings showing joinery details for all new windows and doors, at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works hereby permitted, samples of the brick to be used for the new garden wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to protect the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
