Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
No part of the development to which this permission relates shall be implemented in addition to the stable block permitted under reference P06/E0541. Accordingly, this permission shall be an alternative stable block scheme so that either stable block, but not both, may be implemented.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The stables hereby permitted shall be used only for the keeping of horses for the private leisure purposes of the owner of the land, and shall not be used for any commercial activity, including hiring, hacking, livery or tuition.
Reason: To meet the particular needs of the applicant and to avoid the introduction of a commercial use in this rural location, in accordance with Policies G1, G2, G4, G6, C1, C2 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No lighting shall be installed in connection with the development hereby approved, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
In the interests of the visual appearance of the site in accordance with Policies G1, G2, G4, G6, C1, C2 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
