Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans and within the application forms relating to this application or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1, and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes incidental to the residential use of the dwelling known as Collegewood Farmhouse.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property having regard to Policies G2, G6, C2, D1, H6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The development hereby approved is an alternative to the siting of the games room approved under application P08/E1134 and shall not be constructed in addition to or in combination with the games room approved as part of that development. In addition this planning permission does not supercede the conditions attached to planning permission P08/E1134.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance and character of the site in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1, and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
