Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0070/09 as shown on plan numbers 001, 002 and 003 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the height of the floodlight columns shall not exceed 6.7 metres in height unless otherwise approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); EP3, CON7 (SODCLP2011))

That the floodlighting hereby approved shall only be used between the hours of 07.30 a.m. and 21.30 p.m. hours. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residents. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); EP3 (SODCLP2011)
