The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The use of the second floor of the building hereby approved shall only be as a call centre as outlined in the applicant's letter dated 10th February 2009 submitted as part of the application.
Reason: In the interests of limiting vehicle movements and protecting the amenities of adjoining occupiers in accordance with Policies G2, G3, G6, D1, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The parking area hatched in red on the approved drawings shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the use hereby approved.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of off-street parking in accordance with Policies T2 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
