The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

P09/E0870/DISPrior to the commencement of development, details of a shield to be attached to each lighting socket to prevent glare onto the highway shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and implemented as approved.
Reason: To prevent glare onto the highway, which could be a detriment to users of the highway and in accordance with Policies G2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The lighting scheme shall be implemented to the specifications detailed in the HiLuz report reference 2556a, dated 27/01/09 so that upon completion of development, the lighting shall be installed so the main beam angle is not directed towards any potential observers. The lighting sources (bulbs and reflectors) shall not be visible from any adjacent properties. The luminaire¿s front glazing shall be kept as near to parallel to the ground surface as possible (facing downwards), and shall not exceed 20 degrees from the horizontal. This scheme shall also ensure that light trespass into the windows of any light sensitive premises shall not have a Vertical Illuminance greater than 5 Lux (in accordance with the Institution of Lighting Engineers Guidance Notes for the Reduction of Obtrusive Light GN01).
