Details of flues, vents and rainwater goods and their location on the building (elevations) Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the dwelling and surrounding conservation area and in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
