Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the making good of external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).The proposed window is to be of UPVC to match those in the existing property.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
