That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extension and the external appearance of the chimney shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
