Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON5, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No development shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority to a sample panel of facing brickwork of the extension and outbuilding to be constructed in Flemish bond using a lime mortar. The sample panel(s) shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is completed, and the panel(s) shall thereafter be removed from the site.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON5, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron and painted black.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON5, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the roof-lights shall be conservation style in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Polices G2, G6, D1, CON5, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
