Within 3 months of the date of this planning permission, the existing windows and doors shall be replaced with new openings in accordance with the details accompanying the agent's letter dated 16th December 2008. Prior to the installation of the replacement openings, full joinery details of the new windows and doors at a minimum scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic character of the building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
