Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The new windows shall be painted timber, side hung single glazed casement windows, as specified on the plans hereby approved. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the existing UPVC windows shall be removed within 6 months of the date of this consent, in accordance with the written commitment accompanying the agent's e-mail received 20 August 2008. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
