Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That a tree protection plan (in accordance with BS:5837-2005) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and implemented in full prior to the commencement of any works. Reason: To safeguard the longevity of adjacent trees which are visually important in accordance with Policy C9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications purposes the pole, equipment cabin and associated structures shall be dismantled and removed from the site. Written notification shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment. Reason: To safeguard the visual amenity of the area in accordance with Policies TE1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
