Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications purposes, any equipment including the mast shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of any equipment.
Reason: In order to avoid the proliferation of masts in this area and to safeguard the character of the area.
That the existing trees on the land shall be protected in accordance with the recommendations in BS 5837 'Trees in Relation to Construction'. That protection measures shall be put in place prior to the commencement of any works and shall remain in place throughout the period of construction. The protection scheme shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval, this should also include details of contractor parking and storage of materials.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Before the commencement of any site works or operations relating to the development hereby permitted, an arboricultural method statement detailing the chopping, lopping or pruning of any trees during or immediately after the works and a specification of the routing and mean of installation of any underground services in the vicinity shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The method statement shall be prepared in accordance with the recommendations of BS 5837/2005.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
