Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

In the event that the use of the mast, antennae, dishes or equipment cabins ceases to be required, they shall be removed from the site within 6 months of the date that they cease to be used. Reason: To avoid a cluttered appearance and to protect the character and appearance of the area, in accordance with Policies G2 and TE1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of development, details of an appropriate paint colour for the external finish of the mast hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and implemented as approved within 1 month of installation of equipment and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the area, in accordance with Policies G2 and TE1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
