Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the two dishes hereby approved shall be removed within 3 months of them no longer being in use.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, TE1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
