Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Within three months of the installation of the mast, antennae and equipment cabins hereby permitted, they shall be painted an appropriate colour to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved colour shall thereafter be maintained. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory and to minimise the impact on the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G2, C2 and TE1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The existing trees, shrubs and hedges on the land and adjacent to the site shall be protected, in accordance with BS5837 (2005) 'Trees in relation to construction - recommendations'. The tree protection measures shall be carried out prior to the commencement of development and thereafter retained in place until the completion of the development hereby approved. Reason: To protect important trees and to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, C2 and C9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That within 3 months of the mast not being required for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy it shall be removed from the site together with the antennae, equipment cabins and compound and the site shall be restored to its condition before the development took place or to a condition previously agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to restore the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the event of the equipment no longer being required in accordance with Policies G2, C2 and TE1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
