That the external walls of the structures hereby permitted shall be dark stained to match the existing stable building (as permitted by permission P93/W0199) within 1 month of this permission and retained as such. Reason: To ensure the development accords with its surroundings and the visual impact does not harm the amenity of the area as specified in Policies G6 and R10 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the structures shall be used for the purposes specified in the application and no business shall be conducted from the structures hereby permitted. Reason: To safeguard the character and amenity of the area in accordance with Policy R10 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
