Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the details shown on drawing no 26-P-2 and 27-P-2 all the dormer windows in the south east elevation shall be of the same size, shape and external finish as the existing dormer windows in this elevation.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That one parking space per unit shall be provided in the communal parking area of Suffolk house and shall be made available for use by occupants of the flats as indicated in the Design and Access statement accompanying the application and shall thereafter be retained for such use.
Reason: To ensure satisfactory parking provision in accordance with Policy D2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
