Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

This permission shall enure solely for the benefit of the Hy-Ten Group for use for the purposes specified in the application. Upon ceasing to be so used, the premises shall revert to B1(c) or B8 use only, unless a fresh application has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: That an unrestricted B2 use could cause problems to the local environment by virtue of noise, dust, smell or other polluting emissions contrary to Policies EP1 and EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
