Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows including rooflights has been submitted at a scale of 1:20 to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Mr and Mrs Chesson or any future occupiers of Garsington House or for as long as they shall occupy the site, and shall not enure for the benefit of the land. Reason: As access to the accommodation involves crossing private land in the ownership of the applicant and to comply with Policies G1 and C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the use of the barn shall be restricted to consulting rooms only within Class D1 of the 1987 Use Classes Order. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local amenities and to comply with Policies G1 and C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
