Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. New windows and sliding doors at 1:5 (section and elevation) Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the building and the amenity of the Warborough Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of materials to be used in the external construction of the flat roof link extension and the lean-to extension to the rear of the stable block shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the building and the amenity of the Warborough Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the works of making good to the south west elevation wall of the listed building, following the removal of the conservatory shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the building included in the Statutory List and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first use of the new link extension, the conservatory shall be demolished in accordance with the approved plan (Drawing No. 1106.22 E). Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the building included in the Statutory List and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
