That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the new wing of the horticultural building hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works start on the construction of the new wing.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy A1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the building shall be used only for horticultural or other uses falling within the definition of agriculture and for no other purpose whatsoever.
