Decision
Planning Permission on 10th January 2008
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order provoking and re-enacting that Order) no buildings or structures shall be erected on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority by way of a formal planning application. Reason: To conserve the special character of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty , to protect local amenitites and to accord with Policies CON7 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would be unacceptable because this is a location where new dwellings will not be allowed in accordance with Policy H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
