Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order )1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development as specified in Schedule 2, Part1, Class A or E shall be undertaken without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The specific circumstances of this site warrant the Local Planning Authority having control over any further development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity and in accordance with Policies D1, D3, G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The building hereby permitted shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse within the application site and for no other purpose. Reason: To protect local amenities and to prevent the separate occupation of the accommodation, which would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy, in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
