Customers shall not be present on the premises, nor shall any cooking take place within the building outside of the following hours, unless written permission is given by the Local Planning Authority to vary those hours:

Reason: To ensure that the proposed use does not have any detrimental impact on residential amenity in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The premises be restricted to use as described in the submitted details entitled 'The Cottage Kitchen' dated 11 December 2007 and not for any other purposes within Use Class A3 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order (as amended), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of residential amenity and to protect the listed building in accordance with policies G2, CON4 and EP1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Details of the means of disposal of waste shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority within 3 months of the date of this permission. Disposal of waste shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
