Planning Permission on 19th February 2008
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials for the walls and roof shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H13 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country (General Permitted Development Order) 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no additional windows shall be constructed in the roof of the development hereby approved without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: The specific circumstances of this site warrant the Local Planning Authority having control over any further development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity and in accordance with Policies C2, G6, CON5 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
