The windows to the northern elevation shall be replaced in accordance with those shown in Drawing 07-001/P/003 dated August 07 received on 19 September 2007 within 3 months of the grant of planning permission and shall be painted timber to match the existing wondiws in the eastern elevation of the building.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the curtilage listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
