Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That joinery details of the re-instated window in the existing opening are submitted at a scale of 1:20 and approved in writing prior to the commencement of works. For clarification, it is expected that the window will be a single glazed, side hung casement. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance with Policy CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

If the works are considered to amount to the conversion of the attic space for building control purposes the existing historic doors shall be retained and, if necessary, a schedule of fire protection upgrading to these doors must be submitted to the local authority for approval prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance with Policy CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
