Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2, CON7 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
That a sample panel showing the brick and stone coursing and using a lime mortar mix shall be approved on site prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2, CON7 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2, CON7 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
