Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That section and elevation details of the new windows at scales of 1:20 and 1:5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON7 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of the proposed jib door at scales of 1:20 and 1:5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
