That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That section and elevation details of the new windows at scales of 1:20 and 1:5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON7 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the proposed jib door at scales of 1:20 and 1:5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
