Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.15/07 as shown on plan numbers SK1, SK2, SK3 and SK4 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.
That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof.
Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
That the external walls and roofs of the building(s) be constructed and finished in accordance with a Schedule of Materials and Finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: To ensure the Materials and Finishes are compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: G2 (OSP2016); D1 (SOLP2011))
That a European Protected Species License is sought from Natural England prior to the commencement of any ground works on site as a result of this permission.
Reason: To safeguard the protected species found on the site. (Policies: EN2 (OSP2016); C8 (SOLP2011))
That monitoring surveys are undertaken on ponds within the school grounds for a minimum of three years following the completion of the development hereby approved.
Reason: To ensure the maintenance of the protected species habitat on the site. (Policies: EN2 (OSP2016); C8 (SOLP2011))
