Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever, including commercial use.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policies GB2, G6 and G4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That stable block hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for the personal enjoyment of occupants of 33 Blenheim Road, Horspath and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies R10 and G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, all shrubs on the surrounding the stable block shall be retained and protected during the course of the development and for a period of five years following the completion of the development. Any shrubs which within that period die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2 and GB4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
