Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That a repair schedule for window surrounds and windows be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. interior/exterior infilling and internal partitions
b. windows, rooflights and doors at 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation)
c. sizes and locations of new flues, vents and pipes
d. insulation
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That all new works and works of making good to the retained fabric whether internal or external shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the building included in the Statutory List and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
