That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That details of all new windows and doors shall be submitted at a scale of 1:10 (section and elevation) and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the special historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
