Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That all new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the new window to the dining room shall be painted timber, single glazed, side hung casements to match those existing at ground floor to the front of the building.
