Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 25th September 2007
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the retrospective use of building 157, including associated outside storage of goods and the unstructured parking of cars, HGVs and trailers, is having a significantly greater impact on the openness of the Green Belt than the previous Crown use contrary to policies GB3 and RUR8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011; and to an extent not capable of being addressed by conditions attached to a planning permission.

That inadequate provision has been made for the parking of cars, HGVs and trailers contrary to policies D2, T2 and E5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. This matter is not capable of being addressed by conditions attached to a planning permission in a manner that would not result in a greater impact on the openness of the Green Belt contrary to policies GB3 and RUR8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
