Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That details of the paint colour to be used on the timber framing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are in keeping with the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
