Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That a sample of the colour for the cement fibre roof sheets and those to be used on the upper walls of the building hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2 and A1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
