That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.11/07 as shown on plan numbers 5817.07.2, /.07.1 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.

Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof.

Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the extension be constructed in materials of the same type, texture and colour to match those used in the existing building.

Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding development.  (Policies: G2, G6 (OSP2016); G2, G6, D1 (SOLP2011))

That the working hours for the contractor shall be approved by Head of Sustainable Development following consultation with the School Head Teacher before construction work commences on site.

Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring occupiers.  (Policies: G2 (OSP2016))
