Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the garage shall not be occupied until the additional parking provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on the floor plan, received on 15th June 2007; and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities and to comply with Policy T2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
