Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors at a scale of 1:20 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Notwithstanding the details indicated on Drawing 843/02d the windows to the kitchen and bathroom shall be split windows. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
