That within three months of the date of this planning permission the applicant shall replace the ridge cap to the existing glassed roof with an alternative ridge cap having a lower and less intricately detailed profile. Details of the replacement  ridge cap are to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to the commencement of work.
 
Reason: To enhance the visual appearance and design of the development in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
